A professional supplier in mechanical engineering

We manufacture in our own facilities: a 1,000 m² welding shop and a new 700 m² hall that has expanded our capacity for production and for assembling larger units.

Our design engineers can convert even older drawings into production-ready documentation in ACAD and SolidWorks formats.

We weld in our own 1,000 m² hall on ten fully automatic inverter welding machines using MIG, MAG and TIG processes. Monthly capacity is up to 2,800 hours.

We weld structural and stainless steels, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, with full attention to visual quality and weld appearance.

We machine on NC and CNC horizontal boring mills W 100 and WHN 130 and on a D 1200 vertical lathe. The capacity is mainly used for our own products; subcontract work for other companies depends on current workload.

We paint using a wet process with high-pressure equipment, usually as the final finish of machined weldments. Machined surfaces and threads are carefully protected. We also apply special coatings such as textured paints.

We carry out complete assembly including hydraulics and electrical installation, and hand over equipment after functional testing.

Together with our partners we provide:

• vibratory stress relief
• hardening
• gear cutting

With a Western European partner we supply blanks and forgings over 100 mm, including special grades C45, 34CrNi and 42CrMo4, quenched and tempered.
